     Jodie (Jordan and Pearl)

Hello Chris, just wanted you to know we took Jodie to the vet today and she had a very healthy checkup. The reason I am emailing you is to tell you our Vet was VERY VERY complimentary of you and your care of our baby..... I wanted to pass the compliment on to you. She weighs 2 lbs and 10 oz..by the way.....and doing very well with her new home....I enjoyed meeting you and your daughter and all those adorable schnauzers yesterday.......................Karen - Puyallup, WA

Keach -white & Kaylie -b/s (Tanner and Jasmine)(Jordan and Storm)

Chris, I have just taken Keach and Kaylee to the vet and the vet says he hasn't seen Miniature Schnauzers of this quality or this healthy in years. I am so glad I found your site and got my kids from you, it was worth the three week internet search, the waiting and the trip. My Mom can't wait until her little girl is old enough to go home too! Thanks again and we'll tell everyone here in Idaho where to go if they want GOOD Miniature Schnauzers. Thanks again, Stacey -Caldwell, ID

     Tia (Jordan and Sarah)

Dear Chris, I've wanted to write you for a long while to let you know how much joy and love the puppy I got from you has brought me. She's intelligent, affectionate, funny, and eager to please. She (I named her Tia) plays well with my older dog & my cat, with my granddaughter and myself. She also plays well by herself. She's still a talker especially when I come home. She usually greets me and then gets a toy and continues to tell me about her day. Even though she's a talker, she's not a yipper and rarely barks outside. She loves to play outside. We are in puppy kindergarten and doing very well. She was housebroken at 9 weeks. I think you can tell that I am totally in love with her. I would be happy to recommend your puppies to anyone. Thank you for allowing me to have Tia. In Joy, Renee

**Update** Tia & Tessie (Tanner and Kloe)
Hi Chris, Just wanted to give you an update on Tessie. She is the star of puppy kindergarten. If possible I think that she is even smarter than Tia. She and Tia are best friends. Tia is so wonderful with her, letting her chew on her ears and sharing bones with her etc. Tessie is house broken and thinks that all the plants and rocks belong inside but is willing to trade for toys. She is very tenacious and loves to play with Polly the cat. So far she is much quieter that Tia. Right now her ears look like the flying nun or airplane ears, (quite cute) and she is still really light with hardly any gray at all. All in all she is quite adorable and a wonderful addition to my 4 legged family. She has a small umbilical hernia which the vet says they can fix when she is spayed. Thank you so much for having such wonderful puppies. I have given your information to quite a few people because they think that Tia and Tessie are so wonderful. I have to agree. Hope that all is going well with you.

     Cricket (Jordan and Lucy)

Hi Chris, I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that we took Cricket to the vet and he told us he had rarely seen a puppy that just came home that was so healthy with no sign of fleas, worms or other problems. I just thought you'd like to know, thanks again so much! John -Mt Vernon, WA

     Bingle (Micah and Jorja)

Hi Chris, . She made it safely and she is absolutely gorgeous! Everything at the airport went well... Everyone standing around wanted us to take her out so they could see her. When we got her out everyone thought she was so cute and was asking what breed of dog was she.... We think she is just beautiful and her eyes are so pretty-I couldn't see them to well last night in the artificial light but today in true light they are gorgeous, after seeing her in real life for the first time my son commented "Isn't the internet wonderful it allowed us to find the best puppy in the whole country". and my daughter thinks her and the puppy are soul mates because she was so excited about getting the puppy that she said when the puppy gets here I'm going to squeeze her 5 times and then the first time Brooke held her she immediatly licked her hand 5 times....Brooke said "She licked my hand 5 times-just like I said I was going to squeeze her 5 times-Soul Mates!". It was funny, we got a good laugh about that. Chris I just want to Thank You for getting us all through the purchase of the puppy. I know how hard it must be on you to see them go, especially on a long trip like this one. Jorja and Micha must be sad too. But please don't worry about her I promise you we will take very good care of her and she will be with us all of her life and much loved ALL of her life. Also since this was your first litter of partis from Jorja and Micah I would be happy to send you photos as she grows so you can watch how she progresses and be able to see what she looks like as she will grows to maturity, this could help to know what to expect or the outcome of future Jorja-Micah litters. But if you want to ask me...they don't get any better than this, we couldn't be more happy with her, we love everything about her and we sincerely Thank You. Sherry, Daryal, Brooke and Brandon -Laplace, LA
And an update a few days later....

Hi Chris, We finally decided today on a name for the puppy, her name is Bingle. Actually her name comes from a beloved Christmas character that is known locally and her complete name is Bingle Jingle Jangle...Bingle for short. She is doing great, the first day she was still tired from her journey but after resting she came right out of it and started to play. We thought we would have to crate her at night for "housebreaking" reasons but when we did that she cried and no-one had the heart to see it through so she sleeps with someone in the family every night and is quite happy with this arrangement. She has not had even one accident in the house so far. Perhaps you had already started to house train her because she seemed to know from the beginning to wait until she was outside to do her business. She is everything we hoped she would be, very well socialized from the day she arrived, playful, outgoing, energetic, happy to be with us-not withdrawn at all, healthy, intelligent and we think she is the cutest puppy we have ever seen. She follows me everywhere I go and if she loses track of me even for a few minutes she comes running to me jumping wiggling and wagging as though she hasn't seen me for days. We brought her to the vet on Friday so he could get her on schedule for shots and etc. He gave her an examination and after looking her over from head to toe commented "You got a good one". I am attaching a few photos and will continue to send more as she grows. All Our Best, The Savoie Family

Update ....

Hi Chris,
The past 7 months have flown by. Bingle is doing fine and is very much a part of the family & it is hard to believe she will be a year old soon. She is definitely the baby around here. She has a happy disposition, loves toys and is always ready to play. She likes to play what we have named chase...we chase her (but can never catch her) and in turn she chases back, she also loves hide and seek. She likes any toy that will make noise, squeak, rattle or jingle...she just loves them. And she often plays a game we have named "bingle playing soccer", she will hold one toy in her mouth while at the same time lightly kicking her plush ball around the floor, the ball is a little larger than a baseball and she truly resembles a person playing soccer because she keeps control of the ball by using the toy she is holding in her mouth as a tool for extra control...it's really a cute thing to see. She likes to play "tug" and another game we call "ready, set, go!". She is a comedian....I'll hold the toy and say "Ready" and she gets excited-eager-alert with eyes on the toy and then I will say "Set" which she confuses for the word "sit" and once I say "set" she will not sit on the hardwood floors but will actually run backwards very quickly (with eyes still focused on the toy) until she reaches a rug or carpeted area, she then sits and waits for me to say "Go" I then toss the toy to her and she jumps up and catches it in mid air. She's no dummy...once she hears "ready" she knows the game, and then when I say "set" she gets to where she can get some traction because she knows next comes "Go" and I'm going to throw the toy and she doesn't want to jump from the floor because she knows her feet are going to slide out from under her on the hard floor. Another thing she likes to do is hide her bones, when she gets a busy bone we call it her "worry bone" because all she does is worry about where to hide it. She will sometimes move it to several different hiding places until she's confident it is hidden well enough that none of us will find it. We have found them under blankets, pillows, in the crevices of the sofa cushions, under clothing left on the floor, under rugs, under furniture and etc. If you find the bone the worry begins all over again because she has to find a new spot to put it and she is very selective about her hiding places.
She swims like a fish, over the summer we did not force her into the pool because we did not want her to become frightened of water. However it wasn't long before she came in on her own. We were just swimming one day when suddenly there was a little splash and there she was paddling out to us-we were surprised because we had not coaxed her in and she had made the decision on her own. And of course she didn't need to be taught to swim she just did what came natural. After that first jump she was hooked and loves to swim, the more she did it the better she got at it and by the end of the season she liked to get a long-fast running start and leap in, she got to where she was even diving most of the time because she would hit the water with so much speed it would cause her to go all the way under, then her head would pop up and she wasn't sneezing out water or anything so she figured out how to hold her breath or something. We were surprised how fast she can run, how quick she is and how high she can jump. When running and playing she often jumps spins all the way around in the air with all four feet off the ground-she also bounces as though she has springs on the bottom of her feet-very high energy! The first Thurs. of every month at noon the emergency air siren sounds for testing and she puts her nose straight up in the air and howls along with it.
When she first came home she rotated around trying to figure out where she wanted to sleep at night but has settled on sleeping with my husband and me. When she wakes up in the morning she gets my husband up by going straight for the face and ears with kisses...if that doesn't work she lays her body all the way across his head and just stays there & that does the trick. She learned early on none of these methods work on me as I would just cover my head with the covers and go back to sleep so she targets my husband because once she starts on him-he does actually get up and lets her out. Then after she has had her morning backyard romp she comes back to make me get up.
She hasn't picked a favorite family member, she seems equally enthusiastic about each of us. And upon the return of any of our absence from the house she greets with incredible excitment, wiggling and barking and when she gets hello hugs-which is everytime anyone returns she will just cry and kiss and wiggle and jump like she hasn't seen you for a year, anyhow if only gone an hour. Brooke likes to trick her and will go outside for 10 minutes and act like she has gone somewhere and is just now returning & when she comes back thru the door Bingle reacts in the same enthusiastic manner like she hasn't seen her in days...it's so funny.
We just had her spaying done last month, I put it off as long as I dare because she just has not been separated from us since day one. I could probably count on one hand how many times she has ever been left totally alone in the house and even those times were for only a very short duration of time. So we knew she would be frightened by the whole experience. Before actually setting the date we made an appt. to consult with the vet about a problem she was having with her teats...sp? A few were getting like a crustation on them, also we were concerned about her top and bottom teeth-fangs, the adult fangs came in but the puppy teeth didn't fall. On top they were side by side but on the bottom they were one in front of the other. We thought they would fall eventually but they didn't so we wanted him to look at those. The teats problem was nothing but clogged glands and prescribed Gentermicin, just spray and wipe to keep the pores clean and that was resolved. He decided he would pull the puppy fangs when she was under anesthesia for the spaying. He decided she would be first on the rouster for the day of surgery so that we could bring her home that same evening. He normally does not let anyone do that but I asked if she was going to be all alone thru the night after the office closed and he said yes. He then told us he could/would come back and check on her and my husband then said I had made a comment to him as to "what if the building caught on fire in the night-there would be no one there to save Bingle". Which was true I had thought of or mentioned that but I told the vet I did not want Bingle to come home early if that was dangerous for her. He said she would be very groggy-disoriented and if we were going to be home and kept her very still he thought it would be okay for her to come home that evening. So she had her surgery first and we picked her up at 6:00 pm/closing time. I stayed up with her all night, putting warm compresses and comforting her because she was in pain. I could not have imagined her alone at the vets all night long and was very glad he let her come home. She moaned all thru the night...not the sound a puppy or dog normally makes when they cry...this was moaning and it actually sounded more like a human sound. But by the next morning she was improving and it was funny because all the drugs/anesthesia wore off by then and she had her right mind back and was fully aware that there was a wound on her stomach and everytime she had one of us come visit her where she was resting she would hurry up and roll on her back and show her belly as if to say "Look what happened to me!". We actually got a picture of her doing this, I will it so you can see.
I also talked to the vet about grooming because I had groomed her some time ago and she got bumps all over her body or wherever the clippers had cut the fur. I told him she was groomed before she came home and there was no problem but when I did it she had broke out with all these bumps on her skin and after that I had not attempted to groom her again because I was worried that the same thing would happen. Her fur was getting long because I didn't want to do it nor did I want a groomer to do it if she was going to have this problem. He demostrated the proper way to hold the clippers and told us to give her a bath, a blow dry and a little benadryl in advance of clipping. So I did what he said and she did not get the bumps, the haircut is not the greatest but I will learn with practice. The first haircut I tried was a disater because she moved so much and the clipper would take a patch of fur clear down to her skin she ended up with a lot of bald spots in various places...it looked a mess. LOL We are also very pleased with the tail crop. We were hoping the crop would be as it is...just a nub. We don't think they look as good if the crop is not done just as Bingle's was...it's perfect. I know Brooke is looking forward to the new jorja/micah litter coming up and is hoping to get a sister to Bingle. The other day she mentioned she hoped you had the same vet so the tail crop would be the same nub type as Bingle's. I'm sending a pic of Bingle I took today to send to you.

Sharrah - Anacortes, WA

     Lexus (Micah and Isabelle)

Chris – I just thought I would let you know that Mark and Lexus got to Phoenix around 11:30. I am so sorry that his plane was delayed and you had to wait around for him. Lexus is absolutely adorable!!! She has been running around eating and drinking and playing. Thank you so much for letting us have her. I will definitely send you update pictures. Have a nice day and Holiday Season. Reva - Phoenix, AZ

     Frankie (Micah and Isabelle)

Hi Chris, Frankie is doing well! I took her for a check up today. I almost didn't get to leave with her. The doctor was hiding her under his coat. He said she is a keeper. They also took her picture. The report is she is very healthy. Last night she slept all night in her new pen. She is really a good puppy. We know right away that she needs to go outside. She gets fidgity and goes in circles... If we don't catch her in time she uses the pee pads. Talk to you soon, Cathy

**Update** Hi Chris, Frankie went last week for her last set of shots. She was 5lbs. She is doing well. I hope she doesn't get much bigger. When does she reach full grown? I swear she is in her terrible twos now. She is in to everything. However she can stay in her corral all day while we are at work and no pottys. I think that is pretty amazing! Did the other little guy find a new home? I see he is gone from the web site. You are selling puppies as fast as they are born . When will there be new chocolate ones? I can't believe I am asking! One wild woman is enough. Have a great day!
Cathy -Everett, WA

     Tess (Micah and Aspen)

Good morning Chris and Lindsay, I wanted to send you a couple of photos. By the way Lindsay, we love the butterflies, you made three which made us think that unconsciously you also made them for Angel, Baby and Cleo, who we lost in the last year. The butterflies are on the table in front of their urns. It looks beautiful, thank you! Haley pooped on Alan's side of the bed the minute we got home with Tess! But the next morning she offered Tess her baby toy. And now she can't keep her eyes off of Tess. She is enthralled with her! Too funny! Tess is a corker. She has made herself at home and is running the household. Thank you so much for our beautiful girl. Haley thanks you too. Have a good week.
Crystal -Birch Bay, WA

Hi Chris, I wanted to write you a note letting you know how much we love our little Colby. He is such a wonderful dog and everyone who meets him comments on how adorable and sweet he is. He's the star student in his puppy kindergarten class and is quite a flirt with all the girls he meets! Thank you so much for all the love and joy you have given us. Whenever someone asks us where we got Colby, I happily recommend you. As you can probably see from the attached picture, Colby is really looking forward to Cougar Football season.. haha.      Kona (Micah & Aspen)

Hi Chris, Just wanted to check in and let you know that Kona is quite happy in his new home. He was a bit scared on Friday night and by the time we got home he went into his crate and went right to sleep. On Saturday morning, after Justin took him outside, he played with him and he really liked that. Kona was chasing Justin all over the place. By the time Sunday morning morning came along he was running around the place like a nut. He loves to play, but at the same time he likes to it on your lap and sleep. It was nice meeting you and all of the girls!!

Brady is such a joy and has settled right in and has the run of the house with non-stop energy. He sleeps with me and that has been fun for his time clock to wake and play is every three hours. Just love him so, And I Thank you, will keep in touch.

     Marvelous (Micah and Sage)

Hello Chris, I was writing to give a quick update on "Marvelous" the puppy I picked up from you last Saturday. He did very well in my lap for the 3 hour drive home, slept for most of it. He was a little frightened & nervous the first night in his new home, however he has definately settled right in now. He is extremely playful & energetic & stays hungry too! I took him to the petstore today & had three different people compliment on what a good looking little puppy he is. One lady actually asked to hold him for a bit. I definately recommend your puppies to anyone interested in this breed, & will try to convert lovers of different breeds as well. Thank you again & you & your daughter take care!
