As the seller I guarantee this dog against any life threatening communicable diseases for three (3) days (72 hours) from the date of sale and from hereditary health problems for two (2) years.
While every effort is made to ensure the health of our puppies, this does not include internal or external parasites including but not limited to: worms, fleas, ticks, mites, coccidia, giardia. I do not guarantee size, breed-ablility or against hypoglycemia, which is not hereditary and is preventable.
If this dog is examined by a licensed veterinarian on or before the third day and found to have any life threatening communicable disease or hereditary problem before the puppy's second birthday
not listed below, I agree to exchange the puppy and take the puppy listed below back. If the puppy dies, a necropsy by a qualified Vet approved by seller must verify findings before replacement of puppy occurs. Buyer is responsible for all veterinary expenses until seller re-takes possession.
Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion on diagnosis at her own expense to verify findings and should they be requested, buyer agrees to release all medical records to
seller or her veterinarian. If buyer refuses, this health guarantee is voided. Buyer also agrees to obtain proper vaccinations, wormings and other standard medical treatments as recommended by the veterinary community.
If buyer fails to do this, this health guarantee is voided. Vaccinations and other
previous medical treatment as well as known health problems are listed below.
If at any time in this dog’s life the buyer cannot keep this dog, seller will take said dog back and find a suitable new
home for it, but no monies will be returned or paid to buyer. This is simply a free service offered by seller for the benefit of the dog.
