As the seller, I guarantee this dog against life threatening communicable diseases for three (3) days (72 hours) from the date of sale and from life threatening hereditary or congenital problems until three (3) years of age. If used for breeding this guarantee is voided upon first cover as by breeding the dog the buyer shows that they agree and accept that the overall genetic and congenital health of the dog is not in question.
While every effort is made to ensure the health of our puppies, buyer understands that we cannot guarantee a complete absence of minor conditions common to puppies such as internal or external parasites including but not limited to: worms, fleas, ticks, coccidia, giardia, mites, etc. While every effort is made for accuracy based on years of experience, I do not guarantee size, show quality or breeding suitability. Also there is no guarantee against hypoglycemia, which is dietary, not hereditary and is completely preventable.
If this dog is found to have a life threatening communicable disease on or before the third day as verified by a licensed veterinarian or a hereditary problem not listed on the reverse is diagnosed before the puppy's third birthday, I agree to exchange the puppy and will, at buyer’s option, take the puppy listed below back. If the puppy dies, a necropsy by a qualified Vet approved by seller must verify findings before replacement of puppy occurs.
Buyer is responsible for all veterinary expenses until seller re-takes possession.
Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion on diagnosis at her own expense to verify findings and should they be requested, buyer agrees to release all medical records to seller or her veterinarian. If buyer refuses, this health guarantee is voided.
Buyer agrees to obtain proper vaccinations, deworming and other standard medical treatments and provide the quality of care including feeding guidelines as recommended by the veterinary community. If buyer fails to provide proof that proper medical treatment was provided, has been found to be neglectful or breeds a puppy sold with limited registration (no breeding rights) this health guarantee is voided.
Vaccinations and other previous medical treatment as well as any known health problems are listed on the reverse.
If at any time in this dog’s life the buyer cannot keep this dog, seller will take said dog back and find a suitable new
home for it, but no monies will be returned or paid to buyer. This is simply a free service offered by seller for the benefit of the dog.
